Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy is written for the current early-access commercial offer, not a hypothetical future SLA model.
Trial period
The trial itself does not require a card. If you leave during the 14-day trial, there is nothing to refund.
First paid charge
If you convert and decide the product is not a fit, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the first paid charge and we will review it manually.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next renewal. Access remains available through the current paid period unless we say otherwise in writing.
Annual or custom terms
If you purchase through a custom order form, that order form controls cancellation and refund handling.
Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, email billing@phishy.dk with the workspace name, invoice context, and the reason for the dispute.
